Great body and soft creamy structure, just as you would want in a great Meursault. Here are notes of almonds, hazelnut and apple, along with pineapple and melon. The wine fills well in the mouth, but has an underlying minerality that keeps it fresh. A really good companion for grilled fish or soft cheeses.

The commune of Meursault is the largest commune in the Côte de Beaune, producing the best white Burgundy wines. Here is a good deep soil with a calcareous surface that helps to create the right breeding ground for the grapes. The vineyards are cultivated according to sustainable principles and all grapes are harvested by hand. Immediately upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
