General information

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from Game & Gun ApS.

Payment

Game & Gun ApS accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Delivery

Game & Gun ApS strives to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 on the same day. Orders placed later will normally be shipped on the next business day.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping within Denmark is free. Shipping to other countries starts from DKK 79.

Items are delivered to the delivery address stated when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are generally shipped with PostNord or DPD. If there is no available space at the selected delivery point, the carrier may move the parcel to the nearest available delivery point. You will be notified if this occurs.

Items are delivered on weekdays. Expected delivery is generally 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.

Certain products may be subject to special delivery conditions. Where applicable, these conditions will be stated specifically prior to purchase.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or receive a reduction in the purchase price.

The right of complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect handling or improper use of the product or service.

You must submit your complaint within a reasonable period after discovering the defect or error. Game & Gun ApS will cover reasonable return costs where the complaint is justified.

Shipments sent cash on delivery are not accepted.

Refund information

If a refund requires a bank transfer, please provide your bank registration number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred.

This information may be provided by email or another electronic method and will only be used for the purpose of completing the refund.

Return policy

Items purchased through our webshop are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is generally calculated from the day on which you receive the order.

• If several different items are ordered together but delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the final item.
• If an order consists of several lots or parts, the period begins when you receive the final lot or part.
• In the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the period begins when you receive the first item.

The direct cost of returning an item must be borne by you.

You must notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving the item. After notifying us, the item must be returned no later than 14 days thereafter.

Notice must be given by email to info@gameandgun.com . Your message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us.

Goods excepted from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods and services are not included in the ordinary right of withdrawal:

• Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or which have a clear personal character.
• Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken.
• Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
• Goods where a relevant seal has been broken.
• Completed non-financial services where performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would cease once the service was fully performed.
• Digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would thereby be lost.
• Newspapers, magazines and periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
• Agreements entered into at public auction.
• Goods which deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item and for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation in the parcel. Processing may be faster if the relevant return or cancellation form is also enclosed.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until the return has been received by Game & Gun ApS.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

In other words, you may examine the item in the same manner as you would normally be permitted to do in a physical store.

If the item has been used or tested beyond this, it may be considered used. This may mean that only part of the purchase price, or in certain cases none of it, can be refunded depending on the commercial value of the item when it is returned.

To receive a full refund, the item should therefore only be examined to the extent necessary and should not actually be put into use.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with the applicable rules.

If the item has suffered a reduction in value for which you are liable, this amount may be deducted from the refund.

Payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are not included.

Refunds are made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation showing that the item has already been returned.

Opportunities for appeal

A complaint concerning a product or service may be submitted to the relevant Danish consumer complaints authority.
