The plum wine has fruity flavor notes from the plum, light discreet flavor tones from citrus fruits and a spicy taste of cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, and black pepper and a rich warmth from the dark rum. The mulled wine is perfect for a cold winter day with Christmas fun, presence and celebration of Christmas traditions. Before serving, heat the mulled wine extract up to 65◦C.
